Our journey began with a simple belief: that nutrition should be as pure as nature intended. On our pastures, our goats graze freely, producing raw milk that is never processed, never altered, and always life-giving. We are stewards of the land, bringing the farm's vitality directly to your table, honoring the ancient bond between health and the earth.  We established the 10 acre farm in 2022 in the beautiful mountain area of  Kooskia ID with the intention of permaculture gardening and raising our own food.  We built our farm from the ground up, cabin first, gardens and orchard,  next a goat barn and  a shop. The thought of a full time dairy never really crossed our mind until my husband developed  a digestive issue with pasteurized milk.

We decide to get a few dairy goats from a friend and developed a love of raw goat milk and goat cheeses.  The raw milk was easy to digest for us and we did a lot of research about the benefits of drinking raw goats milk . We have learned about optimizing grazing and  goat feed management to maintain a healthy thriving herd.

The decision was made 2024 to work towards the ability to share this amazing food with our local community.  We decided to add pure breed Nubian genetics because of their sweet nature and exceptional milk qualities to our line of milking does.  2026 has arrived and we are in the process of getting a stronger milking herd by bringing in  stellar does from other proven Dairy's in the US.
